Delete Your Account

Option 1 — Delete it yourself, right now

1. Open the Cadence app and log in.
2. Tap the settings (gear) icon in the top corner of any main screen.
3. Scroll to Delete my account and confirm.

Your account is deleted immediately — this step cannot be undone.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you can't or don't want to open the app, email cadencedating@gmail.com from the address you signed up with (or include the email/phone associated with your account), with the subject "Delete my Cadence account." We'll verify it's really you and delete the account within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, photos, messages, matches, swipes, and blocks from Cadence's systems. This cannot be undone.

A small amount of data may be retained where we're legally required to, or for fraud/safety records:

• Support requests, kept up to 2 years for quality and safety review.
• Records required for tax/payment compliance, where applicable.
